■ (^) DIPS AND SPREADS
Make and keep in the fridge to snack on throughout the week.
■ ■ ■ (^) STUFFED CELERY
3 celery stalks
STUFFING
(^1) ⁄ 4 cup tahini
(^1) ⁄ 4 cup almond butter
2 tablespoons flax oil
(^1) ⁄ 2 teaspoon cardamom
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of stevia powder
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
Chop the celery into thirds, fill with stuffing mixture, and sprinkle with
almonds.

2 cups chopped fresh basil
(^1) ⁄ 2 cup extra virgin olive oil
(^1) ⁄ 4 cup macadamia nuts
(^1) ⁄ 3 cup grated Parmesan
2 garlic cloves
Pinch of salt
