snap peas, broccoli florets, zucchini rounds
- Mix the pesto in a food processor and place in a bowl.
- Dip the cut vegetables, and munch.

2 cups chopped fresh cilantro
(^1) ⁄ 2 cup avocado oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
(^1) ⁄ 4 cup pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
Pinch of cayenne
- Blend ingredients in a food processor and place in a bowl.
- Serve with cut-up vegetables.

2 cups black soybeans
2 tablespoons tahini (or feta)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons ground cumin
(^1) ⁄ 4 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt to taste
- Blend in a food processor.
- Serve with crudités: peppers, carrots, cucumber, snap peas, broccoli,
zucchini.
