Young
chimps start to
laugh when they
are about
a year old.
Young chimps
play with leaves
and flowers. They
carry sticks and
rocks like dolls.
Little chimps
learn to climb
trees before
they can walk.
Hang on, baby!
The baby takes
its first steps.
Soon it can run
and play with
other chimps.
