plenty of parsley in olive oil; when
the onions are soft add some
peeled tomatoes. Fry gently for a
few minutes, add a little water,
simmer for a few minutes longer,

more sliced tomatoes and thinly
sliced lemon. Put in a moderate
oven and cook about 45 minutes or
longer if the fish is large.
