PART 7 EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE


To add an employee injury or illness record:



  1. Open the Employee Injury window.
    (Cards >> Human Resources >> Employee >> Injury/Illness)

  2. Enter or select an employee ID.

  3. Enter the case number, date and time the injury or illness occurred.

  4. Enter the date the employee reported the injury or illness and mark the
    OSHA Recordable box if this incident needs to be recorded for OSHA
    requirements.

  5. Mark Injury or Illness, depending on the circumstances of the illness or
    injury.

  6. Mark the Employee Died checkbox if the employee died as a result of
    the injury or illness.

  7. Enter or select the type of injury or illness, the body part affected and
    the cause of the injury or illness.

  8. Enter the additional information relating to the injury in the Injury
    Circumstances section of the window.

  9. Enter witness information, if applicable and the date information that
    applies to the incident.
