PART 7 EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
To add an employee injury or illness record:
- Open the Employee Injury window.
(Cards >> Human Resources >> Employee >> Injury/Illness) - Enter or select an employee ID.
- Enter the case number, date and time the injury or illness occurred.
- Enter the date the employee reported the injury or illness and mark the
OSHA Recordable box if this incident needs to be recorded for OSHA
requirements. - Mark Injury or Illness, depending on the circumstances of the illness or
injury. - Mark the Employee Died checkbox if the employee died as a result of
the injury or illness. - Enter or select the type of injury or illness, the body part affected and
the cause of the injury or illness. - Enter the additional information relating to the injury in the Injury
Circumstances section of the window. - Enter witness information, if applicable and the date information that
applies to the incident.
