PART 1 APPLICANTS
- Make the changes and choose Save or the insert icon button.
- To delete applicant work history information, select the applicant
record and choose Delete. You will have the option to delete one item or
all items. - Close the window when you’re finished.
Adding an applicant reference record
Use the References window to enter and store references for an applicant.
You can enter reference name, company and address information as well as
additional notes for each reference.
To add an applicant reference record:
- Open the References window.
(Cards >> Human Resources >> Applicant >> References) - Enter or select the applicant record.
- Enter the name of the reference and relationship information.
- Choose the insert icon button. You can continue to enter additional
references. - Close the window when you’re finished.
