PSU

Corsair CV450

80+Bronze PSU
$45

This reliable budget PSU should be
all we need for our build. The lack of
a power-heavy GPU and excessive
fans or a radiator meant we didn’t
need a large PSU, but bear in mind
that if you plan to add a GPU, you
might want a beefier power supply.
The price level also means this
model boasts a non-modular design,
making it a little easier to build,
but if we needed alternative cables
or wanted to go down the custom
cable route, it’s a no-go. There’s also
some unnecessary clutter in the
case with unused PSU cables, which
is another compromise of the budget
build. corsair.com

CASE

NZXT H510 Flow

ATX Mid Tower

$97

To package all these components
up in one sweet-looking case, we’ve
opted to use NZXT’s H510 Flow.
With its minimalist design and solid
construction, the H510 was always
a great case for the price tag. There
was just one issue, that the ventilation
at the front was almost non-existent.
Thankfully, NZXT has addressed
the issue by updating the case and
eliminating the design flaw. It now
comes with a front grille that allows
the PC to breathe and thus earn the
name tag ‘flow’. It also looks great in
this two-tone black and white color
scheme—the black grille matches
well with the glass panels to give it a
contrasting look. Coming in at under
$100, we have to take our hats off to
NZXT for this case. nzxt.com
