Stir in 1 tablespoon raw sugaruntil dissolved. Stand for 10 minutes. Strain into a largeserving jug. Discard tea bags. Cool. Add 2 thinly slicedlimes and 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves. Serve toppedwith crushed ice and 3 cups (750ml) chilled soda water.HIBISCUS & APPLE ICED TEAPREP TIME 15 MINUTES (+ REFRIGERATION) SERVES 6``````Place 4 hibiscus tea bags, ½ cup firmly packed freshmint leaves and 1 litre (4 cups) boiling water in a largeheatproof jug. Stand for 10 minutes. Strain into a largeserving jug. Add 2 cups each apple juice and chilled water.Refrigerate until cold.
