Combine with1 teaspoon each fish sauce, grated palmsugar, lime juice and rice wine vinegar.``````MIGNONETTEDRESSINGPREP TIME 5 MINUTESCombine1 finely chopped eschalot,1½ tablespoons red wine vinegarand ½ teaspoon fresh coarselyground black pepper.``````WARMWITH BACONPREP + COOK TIME10 MINUTESCook 1 choppedbacon sliceuntil crisp.Combine 40g butter, 1 clove crushed garlic,2 teaspoons each chopped parsley andlemon juice. Grill oysters with buttermixture and bacon until warm.``````GREEN APPLE&WASABIPREP TIME 5 MINUTESCombine 2 tablespoons white balsamicdressing and 1 teaspoon S&B Wasabi ina small bowl.
