Questions

➢ For Performance Objectives #2 and #3, the sample phrases and model sentences are
missing in the “Methods, Materials, and Strategies” column. Suggest two reasonable
sample phrases and two model sentences to fill in these blanks. Then suggest how each of
the teaching strategies illustrate principles of learning.
➢ For Performance Objective #3, what is missing in the “Assessment” column? Suggest a
reasonable method of assessment and then explain (1) why the method would be both valid
and practical, and (2) any cautions the teacher should be aware of in using the method of
assessment.
➢ Performance Objective #4 is missing both “Methods, Materials, and Strategies” and
“Assessment.” Fill in both boxes—i.e. suggest two ways of implementing the objective and
two ways of assessing it. Then explain how your suggestions reflect the nature of
Performance Objective #4.
