around the world. CMI Industry Americas Inc. was founded

in 1923 and was originally known as the Electric Furnace

Company and then CMI EFCO. We have designed and

manufactured customized industrial heat-treating equipment

worldwide for more than 90 years.

As an international specialist in industrial processes and

technologies, CMI Industry Metals designs, supplies and

modernizes cold-rolling mills, processing lines, and chemical

and thermal treatment installations for the ferrous and

nonferrous industries, as well as state-of-the-art heat-treatment

technologies for the aviation, forging and casting industries.

CMI Industry Metals not only supplies greenfield and

brownfield installations and equipment, it also provides spare

parts, field service calls for troubleshooting and maintenance

assistance, engineering studies for process and /or quality

improvements, and training and technical assistance.

CMI covers the primary needs of heat-treating equipment

for nonferrous products such as aluminum, copper, brass and

titanium, as well as ferrous products such as carbon steel,

stainless steel and silicon steel. In addition, we offer expertise for

specific applications such as thermal modeling, FEA, operation
