I leave Cremorne Gardens
and walk back along the
Thames on my way to
Chelsea and then Lambeth
bridges. The sun is coming
out and Battersea Bridge
looks more inviting now; a
cherry tree is heavy with
blossom, golden inlays on the
side of the bridge glisten and
soon I come to Albert Bridge
