as the final leg of his Seven
Seas swim to highlight the
need for protected areas in the
world’s oceans. He swam
forty miles upstream from
Southend to the Thames
Barrier, having already
completed swims in the
Adriatic, Aegean, Black, Red
and Arabian seas. He then
delivered a petition to Prime
Minister David Cameron.
