VIII. Four Take-Away Messages


A. Acquire four surveys to analyze physical activity/exercise history, sitting time,
fatigue and sleep in order to enhance program analysis/validity of health
outcomes.
B. Analyze FMS results in reference to traditional biometric screening of a five
year data project with the US Navy.
C. Connect the importance of positive health messaging, outcome analysis, and
research with program delivery.
