At the end of this workshop, attendees will be able to:
- Overcome client fears and other barriers to adoption of the TRX.
- Develop a research-proven senior fitness exercise program using the TRX.
- Demonstrate, cue, and correct 1 exercise for each of the following exercise
domains: joint mobility, muscle strength/muscle power, and dynamic balance/gait
enhancement.
