Sensitive to alkalis and oxidation, vitamin C is usually destroyed
by drying and cooking (expect steaming). Vitamin C is not stored
in tie body and so it should be replenished daily. It is available in

Vitamin C foods can help compensate over indulgence in
carbohydrates and sugar products.
