afterwards. If we must work immediately after lunch, then waiting
until the evening to eat the main meal is preferable, and only eat
lightly during the day. Keep to one large meal unless you are
grazing on raw, living foods, in which case regular snacks are fine.
Juices for breakfast, snacks, lunch and tea are more than fine!
Enjoy a full pint of your favourite fruit juice, a 100ml or 8oz glass

Naturecure states that all processed foods such as cereals
are not considered food, but poisons. Their goodness is in the
bran and germ which is removed in the manufacturing process. So
breakfast cereals, no matter how much they have been enriched
by chemical vitamins or are made with organic ingredients, are
considered poisons. Add this to the fact that these carbohydrate
cereals are mixed with protein rich milk (plus the quantity of added
sugars) and you understand why breakfast can be a damaging
meal. Polished rice, processed wheat and other grains are just as
bad. Aim for bran or wheatgerm containing foods, purchase
organic wheatgerm separately and unpolished basmati rice if you
choose such foods. Remember that these mucus forming foods
are best served as a side dish to sufficient quantities of green
leafy vegetables and not eaten for breakfast.

70% of our planet is water, at least 70% of our bodies are water.
Therefore, 70% of our diet should contain water. Drinking tap
water and continuing with your usual diet will not work. This water
does not contain any enzymes, has been processed, chemically
changed and charged. Fertilisers, pesticides and herbicides have
been carried by rain water to the water supply. Such chemical
pollutants created from agriculture and modern industrial plants
are so rife that they are seeping down to our reservoirs, springs
