place - they are usually white and diseased. Plenty of sunlight
supplies us with many healing properties. As well as being the
best source of vitamin D, it can provide relief from cold hands and

 an

 Integration

 a
 Modern

 World

I am often asked how Naturecure can be incorporated into a
modern world. This depends on how you perceive a modern
world. Large concrete cities containing dense populations of
humans put to work in unnatural buildings are often considered

of international businesses using the latest technology based in a
natural wood framed, passive solar house. It involves being based
within a community life where your nearest neighbour is ten

world is a place close to the mountains and not far from the sea. A
place with its own pure water supplies and purpose built sewerage
systems. A place that is 95% self-sufficient, yet truly interactive
with outside communities. This is my view of the modern world
and the only way we can move forward in health and happiness. It
is far from idealistic but not without its own problems.

However I believe that this is the only way Naturecure can
be practiced successfully, but this does not mean you have to live
in such a scenario. As with dietary changes, there are always
transition stages, which are as different as every unique person's
goal. It may involve visiting such a centre for a weekend break,
then a week's holiday, then for a short fast, moving to regular
