before I shower, I use a loofah (you can use any natural brush) to
scrub my whole body from shoulders (not head) to feet always
brushing in the direction towards the heart. Whilst doing this, I
imagine that all my toxins are being swept out from my body. This
helps stimulate the body's lymph flow (our cleansing system) and
cleans the skin.


Exercise


Exercise should be enjoyable, frequent and cause a light, high
energy feeling during and afterwards with no feeling of strain or
exhaustion. Bouncing is great fun. You are never too young to
own a trampoline or re-bounder, and it is a great form of aerobic
exercise that awakens all of the body's cells.


Swimming


A healthy diet is only such if it is part of a healthy lifestyle. A
healthy lifestyle must include exercise of some form, whether it be
regular walking, swimming, dancing or yoga. Whatever exercise
you do, make sure you enjoy it.


There is no point forcing yourself to keep fit but you should
enjoy what you do for maximum benefit. For reference I have
included some basic yoga asanas (positions). It is recommended
that you have proper supervision at a local class before you try
any of these poses. Remember not to push yourself too much and
mostly, enjoy!
