Organic fresh fruits, vegetable juices, green vegetables or
diluted wheat grass juice are then probably a good offer. But, just
as we can listen to our body's needs, so can a child. As stated at
the beginning of this book, the body will decide what it needs. A
baby will express this and it is not natural to force 'just one more
spoonful'. Hemp and other seeds are not recommended until the
child can hjlly chew properly. The regular use of hulled hemp seed
for use in a young child's diet is being researched. There is

Babies are unable to fully digest any starch products
before teething, which may lead to frequent illness, messy nappies
or skin rashes and a list of allergies in later life. Before you change
your baby's diet, discuss it with your doctor or health visitor.
To help mothers lactate, a healthy diet of raw green-leafy
vegetables and fruits must be eaten. Exercise, sunshine and
plenty of fresh air complement this. Do not eat for two as this is
unnecessary.

We spend a third of our lives asleep. Sleep is as necessary as
breathing, eating and love for a fulfilling life. However, in modern
society, if we are unable to accept that we have a problem with
