Instead of tofu, why not try mixing avocados and raw
cashew nuts, blend and serve as a rich base for a meal?

Yoghurt
RVGNS
Sprout seeds 8-12 hours more than usual. Pour liquid in blender.
When blender is at high speed, slowly add seeds/ sprouts until a
smooth paste (4 minutes approx.). Put mixture into covered glass
jar. Cover with thin cloth or sprout bag. Allow to ferment no more
than 6-8 hours in a warm place. Stir and refrigerate.
Produces 4 cups and lasts up to 4 days.
Yoghurt

Yoghurt can be produced from any milk, be it hemp, cow's, soya
or pea.
300ml seed milk or 175g hemp seeds (whole or hulled), soaked
for 6 hours or sprouted for 24 hours
600ml warm water or rejuvelac
125g tofu (optional)
1 tsp starter (fresh organic live yoghurt)
Optional Flavourings (mashed banana, drop of vanilla extract,
honey)
