FOREWORD
riting this book has been an adventure. Travelling
through time zones and date lines has led me to interact
with various cultures and belief systems. In doing so, I
have realized that so many aspects of life can be related to food.
Food is not just what we see on our plates – it is what we smell,
hear and feel. I have learnt most effectively from my teachers
through the practice of their teachings on how food affects our way

adapt the recipes to follow a well-combined, living foods diet
based on balanced Ayurvedic principles or simply enjoy as is.
Whatever your path may be, this book will work for you in some

due to lack of success, cause stress, a factor which may be more
