An ancient Aztec dish, enjoyable with most any food or on its own
2 very ripe avocados
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 red pepper, finely cut
1/2 tsp ginger, juiced
1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
2 tbsp orange juice
1 small chilli, finely cut (optional)
6 sticks of celery
Halve the avocados. Remove pits and scoop flesh into a glass
container. Mash with a fork and blend in remaining ingredients.
Top with hemp seeds
