1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 - 2 crushed cardamom pods
Hulled hemp seeds as topping
Soak dried fruit and oats for at least an hour and place in blender
with honey, oil, vanilla, spices and a tablespoon of water. Mix
seeds with wheatgerm and coconut (leaving some for topping).
Add grated carrot and apples then ginger juice to seed mix, then
add lemon. Make a hole in the middle of the mix and pour in
blended fruit mix. Stir well to form a paste using more water or nut
mix as necessary. Place in greased (use hemp oil) loaf tin. Sun
dry for two hours before you or dehydrate using a dehydrator, a
wonderful tool, available from FRESH. Cover and refrigerate
before serving. Serve with sprinkle of grated coconut and hulled
hemp seeds.
