(gis) gu-za, literally "splendid seat." Gu is "bright"; cp.
tjE HJ = dumu-gu. But za = " bright," in zal, zabar, azag,

"to know," maybe offshoots of the same root(cp. amaru, "to see,"
withnamaru,"toshine"). The Chinese pao tso — bal + za =
"royalseat,""thethrone."
