i. English tides are taken from the Colson and Whitaker edition of Philo in the Loeb Classi
cal Library (no. 437) as far as that work is completed. Following the English tide is the num
ber of the volume in which the treatise is to be found. Latin and Greek tides are taken from
the Cohn and Wendland edition (no. 431). The Latin tide is followed by the number of the
volume in which the treatise appears. Significant variants in the Greek tides are given together
with the MS. authority.
