    XI. century, written in a neat but uncultured hand, specimen given in
    Conybeare, no. 20.

  2. This is probably the codex listed by H. A. Omont, Inventaire des MSS. grecs et latins
    donnes a Saint-Marc de Venise par le Cardinal Bessarion en 1468 (Paris, 1894), as no. 431.

    with great care, formerly owned by Cardinal Bessarion.^3

    is a copy of no. 43 though it seems to have been corrected to a text like
    that of no. 112.

    quarto, 360 folios, XIV. century. The text belongs to group A.
    Contains: the same treatises as no. 35, except for Sac, Cher., Agr.,
    Migr., Cong., LA i, ii; Som. i, ii, and Abr., which it omits. The order
    of treatises differs from no. 35, to which the codex seems to be related.
    The codex was used by John Christopherson of Lancaster for his edi­
    tion printed at Antwerp, 1553. See no. 450.
