the vow to reach enlightenment and to become Buddha without
fail.

precepts and the wisdom of Buddha.

Reciting this Dharani 3 times 108 allows one to attain the
rank of Abhisekha master. He will be able to understand the
secret doctrines. He will be able to receive and practice all the
subjects on stillness.
