Pulse for 5–10 seconds or until finelychopped. Set aside. Remove Mini-Bowl and MiniBladefrom the machine.Insert the MultiBlade attachment into the machineand add the onion, celery, fennel and remaining garlic.Pulse for 5 minutes until chopped. Replace theMultiBlade with the StirAssist attachment. Add theolive oil and chilli, close lid and press Stew P3. After2 minutes, press the Pause button, open the lid andadd the wine, stock and pasta sauce. Season. Closethe lid and remove the Measuring Cup. Press start torecommence the program.When the program has finished, press cancel toexit the Keep Warm Mode. Open the lid and removethe StirAssist attachment. Add the salmon, white fish,prawns and mussels, close the lid and replace theMeasuring Cup. Set the machine to 170°C for 8 to 10minutes then press start.When finished, ladle the seafood stew into deepserving bowls, scatter with the gremolata and servewith toasted bread.
