5.3 PROJECTION SYMBOLS.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) recommends the incorporation of projection
symbols on drawings that are produced in one country for use in many countries (Figure 5.11). The
projection symbols are intended to promote the accurate exchange of technical information through
drawings.
