Three-Strand Sky Earrings and Necklace Chapter 11

21.Use the 6 mm 14-gauge jump rings to attach
the jump ring connecting the three necklace
strands together to the end link of a 6H”
piece of chain. Repeat this step on the other
side.

18.Measure and cut two 2” pieces of chain.
Using 5 mm 18-gauge jump rings, attach a
2” piece of chain to each side of the three
faceted flat oval wrapped loop beads. Set
these aside.

19.Measure and cut two 6H” pieces of chain.
Use a 5 mm 18-gauge jump ring to connect
the 16 mm sterling silver lobster clasp to
one end of a 6H” piece of chain. Add three
5 mm 18-gauge and one 6 mm 14-gauge
jump rings to one end of the other piece of
6 H” piece of chain. Go ahead and open the
lobster clasp and connect it to the end jump
ring on the other piece of chain. This will
make it easier to assemble the remainder of
the necklace.

20.Lay the necklace components onto a flat sur-
face in the order that you will be assembling
them. Use a 5 mm 18-gauge jump ring to
attach the end of a wrapped loop, the end of
a 2” piece of chain, and one end of a 5” piece
of curved rectangle wire. Repeat this step on
the other side.
