The work begun by Man Ray was brought to completion 1n pure film. in
which the principles of the new art were applied to film-making. Viking
Eggeling. Hans Richter. Graf Beaumont. Fernand Leger. Picabia. and Man
Ray himself were the pioneers in this f1eld.
