This vision and the West Point Energy Council
logo (Fig. 3) document both the Academy’s and the
Garrison’s focus; the Academy is focused on cadet
education and leader development and the Garrison
is focused on reducing energy cost and consumption.
The partnership between the Academy and the Gar-
rison is unique.
