PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER
2 SLICES FAT-FREE TURKEY DELI SLICES
1 MEDIUM WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA
2 TABLESPOONS SHREDDED REDUCED-FAT MEXICAN-BLEND CHEESE
½ AVOCADO, PEELED AND SLICED
SALSA (OPTIONAL)
Whisk the eggs, a shot of milk, and pepper in a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes or
until set. Place the turkey on the tortilla, add the eggs, and then top with the cheese, avocado, and
