Serve chilled with raw carrots, celery, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, and peppers, along with
pita wedges or whole wheat crackers.

2 CUPS LOW-FAT PLAIN GREEK YOGURT
1 TABLESPOON DIJON MUSTARD
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED FRESH DILL
1 CUP BABY SPINACH LEAVES, CHOPPED
½ CUP SEEDED, GRATED CUCUMBER
1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
Whisk the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Chill.
