HUMMUS A TUNA


For a change, try substituting 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise for the hummus and adding 1
tablespoon sweet pickle relish and ½ TEASPOON Old Bay seasoning. Spoon the tuna mixture
onto two or three Bibb lettuce leaves.
(Number of Powerfoods: 3)


1 CAN (3 OUNCES) SOLID WHITE TUNA IN WATER, DRAINED AND FLAKED
2 HEAPING TABLESPOONS HUMMUS (CHICKPEA SPREAD)
1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
2 WASA CRISPBREAD CRACKERS
Mix the tuna, hummus, and lemon juice in a bowl. Spoon onto the crackers.
