2 WHOLE GRAIN ENGLISH MUFFINS, SPLIT
¼ CUP PIZZA SAUCE
1 CUP SHREDDED PART-SKIM MOZZARELLA CHEESE
8 SLICES TURKEY PEPPERONI
Preheat the oven to 275°F. Place the muffin halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Spoon pizza sauce
onto each one, spreading with the back of the spoon. Add the cheese and pepperoni slices. Bake for 7
to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and a bit browned.
