TAKE A QUICK DIP

1 CAN (15 OUNCES) CANNELLINI BEANS, RINSED AND DRAINED
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED FRESH ROSEMARY
1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED
½ LEMON, JUICED
2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
In a blender or food processor, puree the beans, rosemary, garlic, and lemon juice. Stream oil through
the top until you reach the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
