2 TEASPOONS EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 LARGE CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
1 LARGE BUNCH KALE, CHOPPED
1 CAN (15 OUNCES) NAVY OR CANNELLINI BEANS, RINSED AND DRAINED
SEA SALT AND CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the kale
and sauté until wilted, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the beans and heat through. Season with salt and
pepper. If desired, drizzle a bit more oil over the greens.
