is limitless. Often, this change in perspective requires a big para-
digm shift, an intense and ongoing awakening that expands and
evolves your “ come from ” to be one in which everyone gets to grow
and win.
One of the most immediate ways I experienced a paradigm shift
that gave me a lifetime belief in my own power to co - create the
life I desire was through a weekend course I participated in at
the Legacy Center in Morrisville, North Carolina. This particu-
lar weekend intensive was called “ The Abundance and Prosperity
Workshop. ”
During that weekend, participants really grew to understand
how giving with no strings attached was connected with receiving
abundantly, versus taking or being tightly bound to the scarcity
mentality. When you give to get or are expecting a return, it just

fl owing: smile, go for a walk, check in with yourself or others, be
honest, and persist for “ the duration of the great passion. ”
The word enthusiasm comes from the Greek words en and theos
that literally translate to “ the God within. ” Enthusiasm is a giving
type of energy. It is not a thing to do; it is a “ come from, ” a way of
being. Enthusiasm is an expression of abundance. When you bring
yourself into enthusiasm, you create abundance. You can create
enthusiasm by choosing to be it. You have the power and the choice
to bring an enthusiastic experience to any event and to learn to
outlast the no ’ s to maintain your enthusiasm.

in the sun but reported that they felt most alive when they were
engaged in something big; when they were in the middle of some-
thing that they were passionate about, that was making a difference
for someone else or the world.
Another word I like to use with Ricers is wu - wei , which means
