1 ⁄ 3 cup Marco Polo Hot Ajvar Red Pepper and Eggplant Spread
1 tablespoon tahini
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Drain the garbanzo beans and reserve the liquid. Place the beans
in a food processor or a blender and puree until they ’ re a smooth
consistency. Add the ajvar, tahini, and lemon juice and puree until
the ingredients are combined. Add the bean liquid until the desired
consistency is achieved.
