Chop the parsley and cilantro and garnish the top of each burger
with both, if desired, creating a bed for the chili sauce and onions.
Chili Sauce
½ can (6 ounces) no - salt tomato paste
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Mix together all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
Onion Topper
2 large onions
1 ⁄ 8 cup balsamic vinegar
Cut the onions into thin slices. Sauté the onions in the balsamic
vinegar until they are translucent and most of the vinegar has
cooked away, approximately 5 minutes.
