to take it to the next level in Technicolor and add your sense of
touch. A tactile experiential brings a whole new dimension of sen-
sation into the paradigm - shifting equation. As you will appreciate
more later, while you do this Dream Board project, your brain is
laying down more neuronal anchors for these goals and dreams,
to enhance your probabilities of achieving success. You can cut
out magazine images or collect nature objects to refl ect a goal to
go on more nature walks or vacations, or anything that reminds
you of your desired goals or dreams. Then select a poster board or
colorful construction paper to use as the background or base on
which you will arrange the objects. Use a glue stick or attach them
to your poster board somehow. Your imagination is the limit to how

restorative nature and other Rice Diet/Durham experiences were for
them. Others made 3D creations, such as cutting out an incredibly
ornate window so that it actually opened into a dream vacation spot.

assignment may take you a few days to prepare just the right images

write your goals today, complete with detailed plans on how to enact
them. Then set an appointment for yourself or with a friend within
the next week to complete your artistic rendition.

tainment that you perceive to be beneath you or too much trouble
because of your busy schedule, think again. This experiential is one
of the more enjoyable and enlightening art forms I have witnessed.
One day last year, Kate, a fellow Ricer who always showed up for
classes, came to the Dream Board session. She was ready, willing,
and open to the new, multisensory experiential:
