Why the Rice Diet Works

It is a detox diet that cleanses your body, ridding it of excess
sodium, water weight, and many toxins from processed
foods and the environment. Once your palate and body are
cleansed and returned to a natural state, most people fi nd
that they begin to prefer healthy, unprocessed foods.
It is a low - sodium diet that limits salt and all other sodium -
