Vegetable oil for frying
½ cup sugar
1/8 cup cinnamon
5 flour tortillas
1. Preheat oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 350°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
3. Quarter the tortillas with a knife or pizza cutter.
4. Deep fry the triangles in small batches for about 30 seconds on each side, until they turn
brown.
5. Place on paper towels to drain.
6. Coat with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

the country. This recipe uses a few short cuts to make a big batch in a hurry.

2 pounds ground beef
1 (.75-ounce) package dry onion soup mix
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 (12-ounce/12-count) packages readymade Kings Hawaiian dinner rolls
Condiments of your choice
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Divide the mixture into 2 large rectangular sheet cake pans. Spread the meat out flat with
your hands.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Drain the excess oil.
5. Cut the meat into small squares with a pizza cutter.
