3. Wash and rinse the potatoes. It is not necessary to peel the potatoes, unless you desire.
4. Place the potatoes in a large pot and boil for 20 minutes. Remove them from the heat and
drain them in a colander.
5. Peel the garlic cloves. Combine them with the potatoes and all other ingredients and mash
with a potato masher.

Applebee's Tequila Lime Chicken


Many restaurants are using alcohol to flavor their dishes, including this recipe, which you're sure
to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1
½ cup lime juice
¼ cup tequila
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tablespoon salsa
3 tablespoons ranch dressing
½ cup tortilla chips
¼ cup shredded Cheddar jack cheese


1. Pour the lime juice and tequila into a sealable plastic bag. Add the chicken and allow it to
marinate for 2–3 hours.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and also preheat the broiler.
3. Remove the chicken from the marinade. Grill it for 10 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
4. Combine salsa and ranch dressing in a small bowl.
5. Scatter the tortilla chips on an oven-safe plate.
6. Place the chicken on top of the tortilla chips.
7. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken.
8. Cover the chicken with the cheese.
9. Place the chicken under the broiler until cheese is melted.
