Applebee's Veggie Patch Pizza


Use the Applebee's Spinach and Artichoke Dip to make this pizza. Serve as a meal with a salad for
a meatless dinner.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1
1 (10′′) flour tortilla
½ cup
Applebee's Spinach and Artichoke Dip (Chapter 3)
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Black pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Salt, to taste
½ cup sliced mushrooms
¼ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan/Romano cheese


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Spray a pizza pan with cooking spray. Place tortilla on pan.
3. In a small bowl, mix the dip and spices together.
4. Spread the mixture evenly over the tortilla.
5. Top the pizza with tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheeses.
6. Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
