3 cups flour
2½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
5 pound bag of chicken wings

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and spices.
2. Cut chicken into wings and drumettes. Wash and allow to drain.
3. Coat the wings with flour mixture and refrigerate for 90 minutes.
4. Preheat a deep fryer to 350°F.
5. Fry wings in hot oil for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Do not crowd the wings, and fry
in batches.
6. Place the wings on paper towels to remove excess oil.
7. When all the wings are fried, place in a large bowl.
8. Add the hot wing sauce and mix completely.
