4 plain hamburger buns
Arby's Barbecue Sauce (see below)


1. Place the roast beef and broth in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 1–2 minutes, until warm.
2. Add a light coating of butter to the inside of the bun and toast lightly in a skillet.
3. Place the warm roast beef on the bun. Pile as high as you like.
4. Add the barbecue sauce on top of the beef.

Arby's Barbecue Sauce


This is a simple barbecue sauce meant to top the roast beef sandwiches served at Arby's. You may
store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 CUP
1 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper


1. Combine all the ingredients into a small sauce pan. Place over medium heat.
2. Stir constantly until the sauce boils.
3. Cook for 7–10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
