(3) A summary or copies of all evidence presented to the Tribunal.c. In cases in which the detainee has been determined to be entitled to EPW status no record of
the proceedings is required.
d. The original and one copy of the Tribunal's decision and all supporting documents will be
forwarded by the President to the convening authority within one week of the date of the
announcement of the decision.
